What currencies do you charge your clients in?
We used to charge our clients in USD ($) all the time, but at the moment, USD is very unstable currency here, in Europe, it dropped very low and still keeps dropping, so we decided to charge all our clients in Euros.

Why other design companies have lower prices than you have?
It's because they are new in this business and they offer you just web design without experience in running such sites and having optimal profit from them, they also don't know if the sites they design will be profitable. Basically, such designers are just learning themselves by building you cheap sites and you always get what you paid for. We offer you not just web designs, but also free support and we guarantee you that the designs we made will be profitable for you and you will be satisfied with what we made.

How long does development of a site take?
Paysite design usually takes 1-2 weeks. Non adult site design takes around 1-2 weeks, TGP site can be done in 1-3 days, Logos, banners and something like that are done in 1-2 days. Prepaid deals have higher priority.

What do I need to have before ordering a design?
First of all: prepare to make a 50% or 100% upfront payment. Long time clients and new clients who can prove that they are serious clients do not need to prepay. Before ordering a site design (if you need any photo content to be used) you need to have a pack of licensed images (we do not look at your licences, but it's for your own safety), texts and slogans you want to have on your site and the main part is your wishes, ideas, suggestions: what colors, fonts, navigation, style and any other features you want to have on your site.

Can I feel safe that I won't pay my money for nothing?
Absolutely! We are not a one day company. We're doing long term business. Look at our portfolio area and if you like what we have done and you see what companies/sites already have things we did - you can sleep well. We always work till our client is satisfied with our work. We offer support and we always help with various questions for our clients, because we care to have good name and relations for a long time business.

Will I have all the rights to a design you did for me?
Sure thing. You will own all the rights right after you paid us all what you had to pay for a design you ordered. On a special request we can give you all Adobe Photoshop or any other used software source files so you can edit the files yourself or you have the proof that they belong to you.

Do you offer urgent services?
Yes we do. It costs about 30-50% more of what the price is.

Do you integrate designs into scripts or make templates for BBS, TGP scripts?
Yes, but not always and only if we are familiar with the scripts ourself (if we had practics in running such scripts ourselves)

Do you design all members are pages if I order paysite design?
No, by default we design only one - main members are page, but for a reasonable price and if we are not booked hard, we could design you more members area pages.

Do you offer web hosting and/or software needed to run the site you design?
We do not sell software or offer hosting services ourselves, but we will always recommend you the best things because we have huge experience and know what works the best.

Do you offer any discounts?
We have discounts if you order higher volumes of design work. Sometimes we have discounts when we are not booked hard. Sometimes we do barters. Everything we ask is just be reasonable in your requests.

Do you offer support for your clients?
YES. We will always help you by making small changes like changing colors, fonts, or texts and we will always explain you things you want to know. You will be charged a reasonable fee for bigger changes.

What if I refer you another client?
We will be more that happy to see you doing that, and not for free: we will pay you 10-25% commissions (depending on a deal we have) after we get all the money for our work. We do wire transfers to your bank account only.

Can you do Flash animations?
No, we are not doing flash animations at the moment.
